Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Payments Policy:

Full Payment is required for reservation confirmation.

 

Cancellation & Refunds Policy:

Refund for Early Cancellation:
A 100% deposit refund will be provided if a reservation is cancelled or modified more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. Refund will be sent back to original payment method.

 

No Refund Within 15 Days: No refund will be provided for cancellations or modifications made within 15 days of the arrival date.

 

No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive for the reservation), a full retention charge will be applied.

 

Important Notes:

Deposit Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow for the necessary processing time.
